Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if the vial is broken upon arrival. If you receive a damaged vial, please notify us within 1 day of delivery.

Notification Process: To initiate a return for a broken vial, please contact us at wellnessatyourdoorstep@wayds.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Return Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging, and you must notify us of the damage within the 1-day return window for a refund to be considered.

Processing Refunds: Once we receive and verify the damage, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will not be responsible for return shipping in the case of a broken vial.
